THE FIRST OF MANY
Hello friends of the NOOE life first off I would like to introduce myself. Today is a monumental day because I have gone from the realm of the avid blog reader to a ... blogger myself! Yes everyone this is history in the making and this IS the very first post by yours truly.
So yesterday I had the day off from coaching the boys at West Covina All-Male and decided to take care of some business. I drove around Downtown to stop by the historic City Hall building to pick up some necessary paperwork. If you guys have ever come around this area you'll have to agree that parking is horrible and I didn't feel like paying 10 bux to park in the lot so I kept on driving around and finally found a spot in Little Tokyo. Many of you think that walking from Little Tokyo to City Hall would be a crazy thing to do but hey I just came back from Hong Kong and all we did there was walk through the "tunnel of doom" everyday in the MTR station.

Which way to Hong Kong?

I finally got to City Hall and waited in line for a little bit asked some questions and picked up some papers. By the time I got out it was lunch time so I decided to stop by the local favorite Kouraku to get some Japanese food. It was my first time there but I've been hearing a lot of good things about this place.
Kouraku is a nice little restaurant with an orange colored theme everywhere. The waitresses were super friendly and polite and for some odd reason always stayed 3 or 4 steps away from everyone when people were ordering. Since it was my first time I had no idea what to order so I went with the Shoyu Ramen and Pork Fried Rice Combo and a Coke. They guy sitting next to me was eating an order of dumplings so I decided to snack on those as well. The food came out quick styles and so I decided to get my weight gain on. If you guys don't know already, I am on a mission to gain 10 lbs by next performance which will be at FUSION April 13th..... hmm do you guys think I'll be able to do it? Please send your positive energy and food to me..haha ok.

In the end I had a pleasant experience at Kouraku and will definitely come back with the crew. Did I tell you yet that its open till 3am? Late night clubbing after party snack!!!
So on my way home I decided to stop by Kid Robot LA to pick up the new Dunny series that dropped last month...yea yea I know I'm late but hey I had to save up for the whole box. Big ups to Hong for the discount and freebies!!!!
After that I stopped by Blends LA to see if there were any new cool shoes out...but ya I duno I'm not super into sneakers anymore. After Blends I remembered that Comme De Garcons had their guerrilla store near by. I walked up and own 4th St and finally after asking around found that it was in the alley right next to Blends.

I really like the whole pop up store or guerrilla store idea, hmm maybe I should start my own pop up store for example: "Khai's Pop-Up Dance Class" or "Khai's Pop-Up Video Reel Editing Session". So I walked around the store and then after had a little chit chat with the doorman, Thomas.

Later that night our good friend Mary (LF) stopped by and we all headed out to Low End Theory at the Airliner. Thanks again to our boy Will for the hospitality. Funny story about Mary and the Airliner. So our friend Mary is 20 soon to be 21 in 10 months as she likes to state and so she can't legally participate in the drunken festivities. So ya, the last time we were there we were buying her drinks all night and then finally when we were outside on the smoking patio some bouncer came up to her and was asking her for her I.D. Mary quickly decides to ignore his questions and goes running through the club and down the stairs and into the women's bathroom hoping the bouncer was too slow to catch her. Well the guy ended up catching her and she was kicked out.

So this takes me to last night. We ended up finding her a wristband and so she was super super excited that she could pretend to be 21. We were there for like 30 mins and we ending up going outside to that smoking patio so that she could use her phone. All of a sudden a bouncer comes up and says hey, "let me see your I.D" and Mary says, "I don't have my I.D. but I have my wristband". The bouncer says, "I'm sorry your wristband is on the wrong arm..." Poor Mary. If anyone has an I.D. and or has a friend that has an I.D. and you look like Mary, please send it our way.
Oh ya she looks like this:

So I'd like to end with a big thank you. So ya, thanks for reading my first and super long post!!!!
