BORN AGAIN
You might have noticed already but if for some reason your eyes were closed and you were magically taken directly to this blog THEN we have great news to share with you!
Our new site went live early this morning. Hope you guys like it. Take some to peruse the site and make sure you read our ABOUT section... it will give you a better idea of what NOOE is all about (lots of people ask and frankly we are sick of explaining it to them... JK).
Internet Explorer users (get Firefox already!) may be experiencing some problems viewing our LOOKBOOK. I'm on it!

So I dont know how I stumbled across this, but from browsing around, NOOE looks amazing from what I've seen. Plus the site looks really pretty. That's dope too. haha. Best of luck KhaiJoannaLouisPhantom!
